Payments giant Visa posted a vacancy for blockchain developers. Potential employees will build decentralized apps.
Candidates need work experience with the Ethereum platform, and the skill of working with Bitcoin, Ripple, R3 blockchain and the programming language Solidity is also desirable.
New employees will be part of the team engaged in the creation of innovative “cardless” payment products. Among the priority areas is the creation of a base platform for cross-border payments on a blockchain basis.
It should be noted that recently Visa actively integrates into the blockchain environment. The exchange Binance has announced that it is adding to the trading accounts of users of bank cards issued in the Visa system the possibility of direct purchase of cryptocurrencies.
Also, the US money transfer company MoneyGram announced a partnership with Visa. As a payment service operating in real-time mode, Visa will allow MoneyGram debit card holders in Spain and the Philippines to make instant payments.
